Rainbow Canyon

This is the first trip with all the boys riding a bike.  Porter and Mason both had there own bikes.  Kade was riding mine since we had yet to find one that was right for him.  I was on the back with Ben.  It was a lot of fun to look in front of us and see them.  I was so proud of them.  They would watch out for Porter.  Help each other and work together.  The hardest part for the kids on this trip was having to stay on the roads.  They couldn't just go off anywhere.  This picture was taken by me on the back of Ben's motorcycle.  It is so fun to have something to to as a family.  Thanks to my husband for making this possible.

The stop at the end of the trail, or at the start.  I think we started and the end.  This is where the trail map was.
Ben teaching Porter how to ride a clutch.  He did good.  He rode the whole trail with no struggles.
The temple hill.  The temple is down the hill on the left.  The trail that we went on was on the right.

My bike on the trailer.  Kade took this picture.  He has an eye for pictures.
This one is Ben's bike.  Again, Kade too it.  He's good huh.

Going to the River

Cameron invited us to the river.  Paul and Amy Van der Elst came too.

Paul and Piper were trying to teach their dog Lucy to swim, or even just get into the water.  She eventually did and then she would try to eat the waves.

Although Porter caught the biggest fish that weekend, Dad caught the most.
Mason, Cameron and Kade were on the deck getting the tube ready.

Mason and Kade jumping of the pier.  When you jump off the pier you start floating away so you have to swim to the boat and climb up the ladder to get out or you start floating down the river and figure out where you could get out.  It was so fun.

Finally a party

Porter was sick for his birthday so we had gave him some little presents on that day to make it kids of fun since we hadto postpone his party until today.  He invited his friend Joey Carter.  We went to Warehouse Wars and Flipin Out.  We played one game of laser tag and one hour of trampolines. Then got pizza and went to Ben's work to have a ping pong tournament.   Porter said it was worth the wait.  Joey got him a Nerf gun.  Yeah.

5, 7, 9

This year I have a Elementary, Middle School, and High School kids. Porter is 10 and in 5th grade with Mr. Rosensteel at Treem Elementary.  Mason is 12 and in 7th at Thurman White Middle School.  Kade is 14 and is a Freshman at Green Valley High School.  They are growing up so fast.  They learn a lot every year.

This year Porter went to the first day of school and was sick for a week after that.  He is better and loves it.
Kade was nervous about the size of the school but a week into school and he has ruled that he likes high school best.  Mason learned a lot last year and has vowed to stay up on his grades and now knows how to respect teachers so they respect you too.

My kids were not as excited about taking pictures this year so this is the best it gets.

I have to say, I love these kids.

Mason is still half asleep staring  face.

This is the just stand normal stand.

This is the "Come on Mom" face.
This is the "I am smiling" face.

Pool party.

Lynn and Ryan invited us to Aiden's Pool Birthday Party.  We had so much fun.  Thanks guys.

The kids all  lined up to do belly flops.
Ben flipping Mason.  This was the perfect shot.  Surprisingly enough he made it all the way over.

 Kade tossing Mason B.
Turley stack  Mason, Ben and Kade.  They stayed up for a little while.
Ryan tossing Tyler in.  He would get right back out and do it again.
Poor Porter.  He had a bloody nose right when we got there.  It went away and he was able to play for a long time.
 Porter, Ben and Mason
Tyler and a friend nailed Ryan several times with the squirt gun.
 Porter and Kade
Mason with Aiden on his sholders.  I didn't get a good picture of it but Mason B loves his big Mason.  He was on his sholders for a long time.  After the party they played together for a long time.

 Ryan and Aiden
 He is mine.

Kade trying to take away the water gun.  Ben held him off.  He still has a little arms length on him.

One last Ho-rah before school starts for St. George kidos.

We went up to have one last trip  before their school started for the year.  We had lots of fun.  They boys rode motorcycles, Razors and whatever else they could find.
We took the kids to the show.  It was a lot of fun to look across the row and see the whole row all of our boys' faces lit up by the movie.

Smores is always a good idea Jessica.   Jessica, Kyle and Isaac built the fire.

Kade and Me (There is proof that I was there, thanks Jess)
Josh is making a mess.  But saved it from landing on the ground.

Uncle Ryan took us Triking.  He built these trikes out of bike frames and then welded a bar across for the axle for the back wheels then he puts PVC over the tires so that you can do drifts and 360's or whatever.  He hauls them to the top of a hill, since there is no peddles, and then you go down.  Twisting and turning all the way down.  I did it.  Someone has proof.  It was a ball.  I like spinning out more than going fast so does Porter so we were the last down the hill.
